Employees are the heart and soul of St. Petersburg College.

Every day they work to endorse the mission of the college by promoting student success and enriching our communities through education, care development and self-discovery. As a member of the SPC faculty or staff, you create a supportive learning community that enhances the college experience for our students. In addition to responsibilities in and out of the classroom, many SPC employees choose to also support the College through the Employee Giving Payroll Deduction program to support a variety of college initiatives, including student scholarships, Titan Achievement Grants, and campus programs.

2019 Stand Up for Student Success Employee Giving Campaign

The Employee Giving Program is an annual program that improves our impact through donations to support campus programs, initiatives and scholarships. Every year SPC faculty and staff show an exceptional spirit of commitment to our students and academic community through their participation in the St. Petersburg College Employee Giving Campaign. The program gives our employees the opportunity to make a personal and meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

How can I join my co-workers and Stand Up for Student Success?

Donating to the Employee Giving Program through payroll deductions is easy! Simply click the “Join Today” button below and complete the enrollment form. Your payroll deduction will begin with your next paycheck or a future date chosen by you.

Employee Giving Challenge

Challenge one or more of your co-workers to join the Employee Giving Program!

  • Click the “I Challenge” button below and fill-out the form.
  • An email will be sent on your behalf to your co-worker challenging him/her to join the Employee Giving Program.
  • You will receive notification that the email has been sent.

If your co-worker joins the St. Petersburg College Foundation’s Employee Giving Program at or above the $5 per pay period level, BOTH he/she and you will receive an SPC Foundation duffle bag as a thank you (while supplies last)!

All payroll deduction gifts are tax-deductible and every employee receives an annual statement in January. For more information about the program, please contact us at (727)341-3302.
